Please read these terms carefully before using WiseLex BPO's services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of WiseLex BPO ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

WiseLex BPO provides professional business process outsourcing services including:

  • Customer support and call center services
  • Sales and telemarketing
  • Virtual assistance and back-office support
  • Multilingual communication services
  • Technical support and help desk
  • Data entry and administrative tasks

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate information about your business needs and requirements
  2. Provide necessary training materials and context for your projects
  3. Treat our team members with respect and professionalism
  4. Pay for services as agreed in your service contract
  5. Provide reasonable notice for changes or cancellations
  6. Maintain open communication with your dedicated account manager

4. Our Team Responsibilities

As your BPO service provider, we agree to:

  1. Maintain confidentiality of all client information and data
  2. Provide trained, vetted, and professional team members
  3. Deliver services according to agreed-upon quality standards
  4. Maintain regular communication and reporting
  5. Adhere to industry best practices and ethics
  6. Provide timely responses to inquiries and concerns

5. Confidentiality & Data Security

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • Business processes and proprietary information
  • Customer data and personal information
  • Financial information and transactions
  • Strategic plans and business operations
  • All communications between parties

Breach of confidentiality may result in termination of services and legal action.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

  • Invoices are issued weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly based on agreement
  • Payment is due within 15-30 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may incur fees of 1.5% per month
  • Services may be suspended for non-payment
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice

7. Cancellation Policy

To cancel services:

  • Monthly contracts: 30 days written notice required
  • Hourly/project-based: 7 days notice for scheduled work
  • Emergency cancellations: Subject to minimum charges
  • Early termination: May incur fees as specified in contract

8. Quality Assurance

We are committed to service excellence. If you are dissatisfied:

  1. Contact your account manager immediately
  2. Submit written feedback within 48 hours
  3. We will investigate and respond within 3 business days
  4. Service credits or adjustments may be issued at our discretion
  5. Regular quality reviews are conducted with all clients

9. Limitations of Liability

WiseLex BPO shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Errors resulting from client-provided inaccurate information
  • Service interruptions due to technical issues beyond our control
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 3 months.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. Client retains all rights to their business data and materials shared with us.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend services immediately for:

  • Breach of these Terms of Service
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Violation of confidentiality
  • Harassment of our team members

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haiti, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

  1. Direct negotiation between parties (30 days)
  2. Mediation with a neutral third party in Haiti
  3. Binding arbitration if mediation fails
